When I graduated with my B.Tech degree in 2012, I had no interest in pursuing a job. I did not have any inclination towards working in front of a computer and doing the same job every day. I was wondering if there was anything else I could do, but I also had no interest in starting a business.

Eventually, I decided to start a startup, which turned out to be a different kind of experience than I had initially suspected. I had made two attempts before, but both had failed. After reflecting on what I wanted to create, I realized that it was exactly what I had experienced with my startup.

My primary hobby since childhood has been creating something new using whatever I can get my hands on. This led me to search for something new to create using the resources I had available. When I was studying electronics in B.Tech and working as a software engineer, I thought I could do new things, but I realized the truth only after experiencing failure.

Startups require perseverance, tactics, and patience to build. Only through the hardship of running a business can one understand the amount of determination and drive required for success. Unfortunately, no one had told me this before.

The first two failures were demotivating, but I realized that failure in a startup is not the same as failure in a business. There is a different way of looking at it, and it took me some time to understand.

Apart from my business experience, I had no passion for anything, and I did not know how to lead a group or speak in front of an audience. But all of this had to change if I wanted to pursue my dreams, so I focused on developing these skills. I have been sharing my stories and experiences on social media and through writing, which eventually led to the creation of this website.

I started an organization for people who faced similar problems as I did. It quickly spread to all the districts of Kerala and now has branches outside of India as well. The aim of the organization is not only to provide opportunities to start and grow startups and businesses but also to develop leadership skills and help individuals behave in society.

Sometimes, certain individuals are mandated to pave the way for everyone else, realizing that the obstacles they faced are shared by many others. I would like to see it that way.

2012 ൽ B. Tech പാസായി ഇറങ്ങുമ്പോൾ ഒരു ജോലിക്ക് പോകാൻ എനിക്ക് ഒട്ടും താല്പര്യം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല, മടി ആയിട്ടല്ല എന്നും കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറിന് മുന്നിലിരിന്നു ഒരേ ജോലി ചെയ്യുക എന്നതിൽ കൂടുതലായി എന്തെങ്കിലും ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുമോ എന്നായിരുന്നു എന്റെ അന്വേഷണം, എന്നാൽ ബിസിനസ് ചെയ്യാനും താല്പര്യമില്ല.

ആ അന്വേഷണം ഒടുവിൽ എന്നേ കൊണ്ട് എത്തിച്ചത് startup എന്ന സംഭവത്തിലാണ്, അതും ബിസിനസ് അല്ലേ എന്ന് സംശയം തോന്നിയേക്കാം, എന്നാൽ അങ്ങനല്ല അത്‌ മറ്റൊരു സംഭവമാണ്.

അത് എന്താണെന്ന് അറിയുന്നതിന് മുന്നേ തന്നെ ഞാൻ രണ്ട് ശ്രമങ്ങൾ നടത്തുകയും പരാജയപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് അത് എന്താണെന്ന് മനസിലാക്കിയപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ അന്വേഷിച്ചു നടന്നത് ഇത്‌ തന്നെ ആണെന്നും മനസിലായി.

ചെറുപ്പം മുതലേ ഉള്ള എന്റെ പ്രധാന വിനോദം കയ്യിൽ കിട്ടുന്ന വസ്തുക്കൾ കൊണ്ട് എന്തെങ്കിലും പുതിയത് നിർമ്മിക്കുക എന്നതായിരുന്നു. B. Tech ന് electronics പഠിച്ചപ്പോഴും അത് കഴിഞ്ഞു കുറച്ചു നാൾ software എഞ്ചിനീയർ ആയി ജോലി ചെയ്തപ്പോഴുമെല്ലാം എനിക്ക് ഇതേപോലെ പുതിയ കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

എന്നാൽ ഇത്തരത്തിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും നിർമ്മിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ മാത്രം പോര നന്നായി ബിസിനസ് ചെയ്യാൻ കൂടി അറിഞ്ഞാൽ മാത്രമേ ഒരു startup പ്രാവർത്തികം ആക്കാൻ കഴിയു എന്ന സത്യം ഞാൻ മനസിലാക്കിയത് രണ്ട് പരാജയങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷമാണ്.

ഒരു ബിസിനസിനെക്കാൾ ദുർഗഡം പിടിച്ചതും ഏറെ തന്ത്രങ്ങളും അതിലുപരി ധാരാളം ക്ഷമയും ഇച്ഛാശക്തിയും വേണ്ട ഒരു മേഖലയാണ് startup. എന്നാൽ ഇതേപ്പറ്റി എനിക്ക് പറഞ്ഞു തരാൻ ആരും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല.

Aആദ്യത്തെ രണ്ട് പരാജയങ്ങൾ എന്നേ വളരെയധികം തളർത്തിയിരുന്നു, പക്ഷേ startup പരാജയം എന്നാൽ ബിസിനസ് പരാജയപ്പെടുന്നത് പോലെയല്ല, അതിന്റെ ഒരു രീതി അങ്ങനെയാണെന്നും മറ്റും ഒക്കെ പിന്നീട് മനസിലാക്കാൻ എനിക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞു.

ബിസിനസ് പരിചയം കൂടാതെ എനിക്ക് മറ്റ് ചില കാര്യങ്ങളും ലവലേശം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു, ഒരു കൂട്ടായ്മക്ക് നേതൃത്വം നൽകാനോ സ്റ്റേജിൽ കയറാനോ നാലഞ്ച് പേരുടെ മുന്നിൽ നിന്ന് സംസാരിക്കാൻ പോലും എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു, കൂടാതെ ഭയവും ആയിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ എന്റെ സ്വപനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് ഏത്തപ്പെടണമെങ്കിൽ ഇതെല്ലാം മാറ്റേണ്ടത് ആവശ്യമായി വന്നു.

അങ്ങനെ അത്തരം കാര്യങ്ങളിലേക്കും എന്റെ പ്രയത്നങ്ങൾ ഏത്തപ്പെട്ടു. എന്റെ ഈ കഥകളും അനുഭവങ്ങളും കൂടാതെ ഞാൻ പഠിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങളും എഴുത്തുകളായി സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയയിൽ ഞാൻ പങ്ക് വയ്ക്കുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അത്‌ പിന്നീട് അടുക്കിപ്പെറുക്കി വച്ചപ്പോൾ ഈ വെബ്സൈറ്റ് രൂപപ്പെട്ടു.

ഇതിന് ശേഷം ഇത്തരത്തിൽ ഉള്ള ആളുകൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഒരു സംഘടന കൂടി ആരംഭിക്കുക ഉണ്ടായി. അത്‌ വളരെ വേഗത്തിൽ കേരളത്തിലെ എല്ലാ ജില്ലകളിലേക്കും വ്യാപിക്കുക ഉണ്ടായി, നിലവിൽ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ പുറത്തും ഈ സംഘടനക്ക്‌ ബ്രാഞ്ചുകൾ ഉണ്ട്

എന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ എനിക്ക് നേരിടേണ്ടി വന്ന പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ എന്റെ മാത്രമല്ല ഒരുപാട് ആളുകളുടെ പ്രശ്നമാണ് എന്ന തിരിച്ചറിവിൽ നിന്നാണ് ഈ സംഘടനയുടെ പിറവി. Startup, ബിസിനസ് എന്നിവ ആരംഭിക്കാനും വർധിപ്പിക്കാനും അവസരങ്ങൾ നൽകുക എന്നത് മാത്രമല്ല ഈ സംഘടനയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം.

ഓരോ വ്യക്തികളുടെ leadership skills വളർത്തിയെടുക്കുക സമൂഹത്തിൽ പെരുമാറാൻ പ്രാപ്തർ ആക്കുക തുടങ്ങി ഒട്ടനവധി പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ പരീക്ഷണ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഈ സംഘടന വഴി നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നത്.

നമ്മൾക്ക് ഉണ്ടായ ചില തടസങ്ങൾ മറ്റ് പലരുടെയും കൂടെയാണെന്ന് തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞു എല്ലാവർക്കും വഴി ഒരുക്കാൻ ഒരു നിയോഗം ചിലപ്പോൾ ചില ആളുകൾക്ക് ലഭിക്കാറുണ്ട്. ഇതിനെ അങ്ങനെ കാണാനാണ് ഞാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നത്.
