Our Story

Kerala Fitness Café (KFC) was founded in November 2022 by Anup Jose, an entrepreneur and fitness enthusiast, and Sanu Ampi, a level 3 certified fitness trainer. With a shared passion for health and wellness, Anup and Sanu set out to create a community where individuals could come together to support, motivate, and inspire each other on their fitness journeys.
